During the Summer of 2009, Mechan Media worked with author Patrick Carman and filmmaker Jeffrey Townsend on the production of Trackers, a multimedia book series written by Patrick Carman and published by Scholastic.  The format is one in which part of the story takes place in the book, and part in a series of online videos.

This wedding took place at a beautiful outdoor venue in Walla Walla, WA.

We came by several days before the event to become acquainted with the lighting and layout, then again for the rehearsal.  On the day of the wedding, we used a three camera setup, with one fixed and two roaming cameras.

We filmed this English themed wedding at the beautiful Lairmont Manor in Bellingham, WA.

Filming began in the morning with dressing, hair, and makeup.  After the ceremony, there was live music and a meal under tents outside, followed by cheese, fruit, and chocolates inside.

After the first video we did for them, the Technology Department of Walla Walla University asked us to come back and do another video to update the alumni and donors on the events of the following year.

This year, they were interested in a more graphical, kinetic typography driven style.

This video was produced for the Walla Walla University Technology Department. The rapid prototype 3D printer was a new addition to the hardware available for the curriculum.
